Meet Your Digital Neighbour

Hi! I'm Jess and I created Your Digital Neighbour because I see a need in our community for people who are facing challenges navigating the digital world.

I’m passionate about people! I have a background in care and have been volunteering locally for a number of years, primarily supporting older people.

Whether it’s enabling a young person with additional needs to access local services, delivering Meals on Wheels, or helping patients get to their appointments, I’ve always loved supporting people to reach their potential, live well and remain as independent as possible.

For me, Your Digital Neighbour is a natural extension of that. I want to make technology feel less daunting and more accessible, offering patient, practical support that helps people feel confident doing things for themselves.

I know that technology can sometimes feel frustrating, confusing or even a little intimidating. There’s no such thing as a silly question, and there’s no expectation that you should already know how something works. I’m here to listen, take things at your pace and help you find a way forward that works for you.
